Come here if you want another urgent care that'll take 3-4 hours of your day. The receptionist with black hair is very unprofessional. My mom and I went for a walk-in. My mom signed in and took a seat while I went outside to make a call. The receptionist assumed we both left. I came back in, and we sat for an hour and a half before my mom asked the receptionist if we'd see somebody. During that whole hour and a half, the receptionist didn't stand up to check who was waiting in their lobby or who was on their sign in sheet. She didn't even apologize for skipping us. Look elsewhere if you dislike dealing with a bad front desk. NP was nice, but we won't be coming back.

Reagan Medical Lawrenceville/Grayson never lets you down. I transferred from the Hamilton Mill location and was nervous about the service and the dedication they have for their patients, but from the first day they have went above and beyond to cater to my family medical needs. SHOUT OUT to the wonderful staff up front that get you checked in & out with no delay, ALL THE NURSES & DOCTORS AT THIS LOCATION. ALL OF YOU ARE AMAZING 🫶🏾SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO MY PA. John Turner. While the wait was long, I was a walk in and once I did get taken back you could see that it wasn’t quite as well staffed as you might expect on that evening. That happens. But you also had a caregiver on duty and techs who actually cared about each person who walked through that door and took time with them to get the information they needed to conduct the best diagnostics on hand and formulate the best plan, which I imagine is difficult to do as an Urgent Care facility in some cases. I believe that to be true of mine. I’m still not well but I have to keep reminding myself it has only been about 48 hours since I went in to the facility for the first time. Try had me return last night as well but not for a full visit, simply to see if another injection should be given and it was. There was no pay for that but I am assuming if I need to return past this, there would be.

It took an hour and a half PAST my scheduled appointment. And I continued to wait once I was brought back. I have things to do like everyone else and I’m not going to sit around while people waste time. Please do not call your patients who are waiting in the lobby to ask them questions about why they are here as if you don’t have the time to ask them when you actually bring them back. I have worked in doctors offices for years and this is the second time I have had a horrible experience here, that I would never allow my patients to have. Absolutely ridiculous not to mention unprofessional to have people waiting that long without even attempting to update them. Don’t have a scheduling system you clearly can’t uphold. The reviews of this location tell you that your patients feel completely disregarded when you allow them to make an appointment and then have them sit and wait for hours as you take urgent care patient after urgent care patient. Absolutely ridiculous and extremely poorly run. The first time I came here was specifically to see a doctor for adhd medication and I wasn’t told until I arrived for my appointment that he wasn’t going to be coming in and only a PA, who can’t prescribe what I needed, was in. I waited two weeks for that appointment. Today was simply for medication refills and even that seemed to be too much of a burden.

The staffs at the place were professional and kind. I had a small negative experience with an elderly doctor, but it recovered, so I will gave him a 5 star too. His call back was effective when I requested and it meant a lot to me. This place is equipped with the one stop access of onsite lab draw. This makes them better than most urgent care!

The place sucks, I’m diabetic and literally need insulin to live and all i needed was information to be updated so the pharmacy could give me my medication and over the course of 3 days i couldn’t get a single response. I called multiple times and went in and every time they declined the call and when i went in i was told they would get it done and of course that never happened. How a medical practice can get away with being so negligent with something that that will end up with me dead is actually insane and it’s not like they don’t know how vital insulin is for a diabetic so the only option is that they simply don’t care. Literally go to any other place because you’re wasting your time here
